Okay, when I get the time/fully understand how to do it, I will make a much nicer form/response which will give us richer data and be just as easy to fill out on a smart phone.

But I'm still learning and we need to start recording data now. To keep VCL/HH happy, and Brendan's job as easy as possible, this will do. (Can a mod stick the following in the OP for easy reference?)

At every session attended we need to pay towards Herne Hill for allowing us use of the space, their upkeep and maintenance costs, insurance, etc.

There will not be an LHBPA courts officer present at every session. If we intend to keep use of this awesome court, someone must take it upon themselves at each session to gather subs (£2.50 per player) and record attendance.

If you don't do the former you're just being mean to London's oldest cycling venue.
If you don't do the latter you're potentially cheating yourself out of an awesome court to play on.

Vidal when are you visiting? I have a gift from americaland that i brought home for you. Yes its only a coozy, but i know how you love a coozy from americaland. PS i saw an amazing sculpture artist at CSM last night called Emma Vidal.

I'm not sure who would have to ok it, but how would people feel about having a monthly/annual membership to save the hassle of having to remember change each time? Say £10 - 15 a month for unlimited use (i.e. 1.5 times a week subs).

Also if we could get a few people to pay for an annual subscription it helps show we're taking the whole thing seriously to HH.

p.s. is there a Herne Hill Polo Club? I'd like to be in a Herne Hill Polo Club please.

no, this has been talked through with HH and they want pay to play. I agree it would be better to have a membership, but i think they want to handle the MUGA the same way they handle the track.
