Yeah I was thinking about it..
There is that lovely grubby area out the front next to the main road - sure.
But maybe theres the biggest beer garden in south london out the back but ive never looked?
I guess that area of london being so unusefully located between clapham and brixton is prime real estate.. unlikely.
