Leave work, walk to the gym where I leave my bike- glorious sunshine and I'm plotting a nice route home.
Get to the gym, change into Lycra, go to get on the bike - realise I have left the keys to my lock in the office.
Have to go back to the changing room, back into civvies and now sat on a train sat Victoria. Fucksticks.
