  • The whole crying about staff being rude when they didn't really do anything is getting boring, especially with this new development of "they may have been rude to someone else but I don't really know, I'm going to moan about it anyway".
    I have worked in a customer facing role for a good amount of time, long enough to know unless someone is outright shit at their job, your projections about the service will hold much more sway than what has actually happened.
    You know the most common complaint about Rapha I hear? It's the concern of entitled and rude customers, way to live up to that Lacomus.
