There's plenty like that coming from the snackbaring terrorists in Syria but most are much too gruesome to post here. Best one I think is the dude who fires the RPG the wrong way round, into his camera man killing him. Falls onto his face braking it, and in the mess he's created he gives away his groups position so 20 seconds later the Syrian Air Force drop a couple of barrel bombs at them.
