70 for green and white tea, 95 for oolong and boiling for black, is what I would recommend.

Green Tea is the devils work but if you must then don't make it any worse by boiling the water. 'Normal' black tea (or red as some people call it confusingly) needs 99 (a minute after the kettle's stopped).
