Probably. As I said before, I run one on my CX bike with no issues. Until I find a nice 1" threadless fork and I'm willing to pay money to change the fork and headset, I'll run the original threaded Cannondale fork with this $15 adapter.
In saying that, I think certain bikes with quill adapters and threadless stems look ugly as shit (usually steel frames with ugly bulky stems), but I think the Cannondale's can pull it off. I think it's the thicker tubing.
