Anybody fancy a casual spin today or tomorrow evening? Been smashing the rollers for the past week or so and my wrist seems to be fine but Im keen to get in a few Ks on the road before any of the weekend rides.

Might join you tomorrow, should be off the work.

Which area?

Can meet East or somewhere centralish (Im up near Dalston/Stokey). I was thinking of doing a loop out west through town and then back along the embankment but if anyone has a better idea then Im open to suggestions.

Don't think I can do next thursday for the very same reason you couldn't make this week but Im definitely keen to start doing some weekly night rides.

Seems @Bannon hasn't been on for a bit and I was busy trying to rectify my knees for the last few months. Hope to get these rides going again soon. I need to slowly do longer rides to get my knees up to speed again so why not make them No Beer, Fixed Gear rides!
