Me and and my (non-cycling) mates are raising money for the Prion Clinic to fund research into the Prion gene, a degenerative brain disease, which our friend Ray (42) inherited and which sadly took his life last year.
So in Ray's memory we are cycling 300km from Brussels to Egerton in Kent. I know that isn't that impressive distance wise, but we are tackling the Koppenberg and Muur van Geraardsbergen, so we may need a few Belgian beers!
