Only road levers, get full size v brakes if you have linear pull levers.
Thanks Tester, I'll think I'll pass. My Tektro front brake has been squealing hideously and I was wondering if a lack of stiffness or something like that in the brakes themselves might be partly at fault. So far I've tried cleaning the rims, toeing in the pads (even using a Tacx brake shoe tuner to do this perfectly), new brake pads, even got a bike shop to do a 'brake service' that didn't fix it. Going to replace inner and outer cables now, sand down the pads a bit and try it all again. If that doesn't work I might be interested in your Shimano brakes. Are they the level below these ones? http://www.evanscycles.com/products/shimano/tiagra-grade-r463-2013-road-flat-bar-v-brakes-ec041351
Trying to get my head around what a 'Road flat bar v brake' is meant to mean.
