Giro d'Italia 2014

As someone who knows very little about the Giro or pro cycling in general, but needs to know, could anyone give me some pointers on who / what to be keeping an eye on in today's stage? And also any twitter feed that has good updates on what's been happening?

I'm getting it that Kittel is killing it on the sprints...

It looks like today is a 112km recovery-ride with some speed and josteling for position on the front in the last 15k before Kittel wins the sprint.
