Not to be confused with the Wet Race Cape, Windy Race Cape or A Bit Nippy Race Cape (£300 each).

Saw this yesterday on a ride. Very very nice.

A friend has the grey one - it is absolutely lovely but no way I could justify it (as with most things here)

rapha pics don't look like the current race cape. material looks thicker & seems to have rear pockets

Just had a look and it's like £100.. surely thats a no brainer? Or is that the usual price!

I saw someone riding full Rapha Pro Team kit down to the socks with Rapha backpack on a mountain bike last Friday. These are the end times.

Talking of socks...... I have purchased a couple of pairs of pro team / mid life crisis team socks this week. Well made product, very bright which is just what I wanted.
If above mountain bike shocker is a Specialised one, I've seen this person riding on the nappy valley superhighway up through Clapham - he really looked as if he was living the dream...
These are indeed the end times...

How are they for thickness? I'm after something with a little more padding on the top of the foot where it curves up towards the ankle - where the top buckle of your shoe does up...

They are padded underfoot and heal but the top is quite thin, so perhaps these are not for you.
