Posting across from a discussion in last minute rides:
Going to start riding from east/central up to Epping, to Chigwell, then back down 2/3 times a week for the rest of the summer (haha!). Leaving at around 6pm - 26kph or so.

Route can be altered, but that is a good framework. Can meet in Limehouse/Canary Wharf and anywhere along the way to Epping.
Up for this most weekdays and a few Saturdays as well, as long as a few people fancy it - it will run.
