Hi,
so you said CK recommended you the "stepped axle road bb" to go with the Omnius. Yeah, I think I own this one. By now, it doesn't fit, as I'll need to use spacers most likely. I can't get it tight at the moment. Can't ride it like that.
Yep, could be. I'm gonna send them an email now. On the one hand, I was a bit worried, because there weren't even instructions sent with it (okay, the Nm is written on the cups on all that stuff, but....). On the other hand, I could think of this particular "road version" being sent out without spacers, as it's supposed to fit on Road Frames only. It is written in the instruction PDF on the CK website that 68mm road frames should use it without spacers (recommended).
We'll see.
