22.5" fast touring / aduax bike 531 - db or C all through - raleigh classic 12/15 (they upped the gears in later years)

it's the top bike but the RRA under has the same too - just finished differently

• repainted with pealescant and reflective paint- then laquer, mavic t217 rims, stx rear hub (7 speed so as to build a stronger wheel ) , panaracer pasellas, sks guards, GB randonnuer bars, shimano right bar cons (with friction option) suntour power shift left bar con. levers are 105 or something, alhonga long drop brakes

• 531 all through , epxedition style - my poor man's pugsley - the v. long wheels base and 60cm wide tyres makes this v. fast and smooth over semi -rough terrain
  
  

sub 300 miles parts-> chain, cogs, guards, tyres, tubes (with sludge in), front wheel

original brakes and bars and stem, wheels are 32mm wide down hill rims (alex DX32) to take the tyres nicely on deore / lx hubs

I'm interested in the Ranger. I've never seen one of those before!

How big is it? I know it can be a bit weird sizing the old MTBs, could you do standover height for me too?

The Ranger was the bike I really wanted back in the mid-80s, but I ended up getting the slightly lower-specced Wildcat, but that was still great and served well as a tourer, taking me all the way to Switzerland in 1987. I'd be after this Ranger were it not for the fact I've currently got a 1989 Rockhopper Comp taking up shed space.

If it's both then I'll take them!
