It'll hold enough for a good vape, but not enough that you would measure it in hours. IMO you get a really high level of flavour with drippers, but the trade off is that you have to carry a bottle of juice with you everywhere.
The Smok Scar will work with an EvoD battery and would suit it better than the IGO as it's a smaller atomiser. You'll need to check what the minimum resistance of your battery is and build a dual coil to suit.
