Nah, this steel is crazy, it's tapered and get's thicker at the bracket. If you're in Leeuwarden once, you should check it out haha. It's Columbus designed for Serotta
But I've got a really stiff alu road bike in the making and still got the Merckx, this will mainly be for commuting and some fun rides, as I've got far too many road bikes for one person right now.
