Who is filming him though? It's really steady if it's someone else on a bike, and if it's someone on a scooter or motorbike, does that mean they're riding that through reds and peds as well?

I would assume the filming is steady because they used a steadycam..

Or a proper video camera with stabilisation built in but it still take a whole lot of skill to film so well and keep it that steady.
