I previously tried to sell this as a complete bike, but am now selling the frame and forks separately as I still need the space.
Scapin are a small, highly regarded Italian manufacturer famed for their steel frames, but they've been building high quality carbon frames for the past 10 years or so.
I bought this frame from the former Scapin UK importer who'd built it up as a show bike, rode it a couple of times, then kept it in his garage. I've had it since early in 2012, rode it a fair amount, but it's been in storage since November 2012 and it's still in immaculate condition The frame is a full carbon monocoque, made from 3K high modulus carbon, with a matching fork and an integrated seat post and headset and BB30 bottom bracket.
The frame is a Large and the measurements are as follows;
Top tube: 567 mm centre to centre
Head tube: 165 mm
Centre of bb to top of ISP: 730 mm
The integrated seat post is cut at approx 730 mm and I've used 4 spacers to get it up to the height I need, but it's probably about as high as you can go. Clearly there is scope to go lower and a different saddle may add a little more height. I used a Fizik Arione and the centre of bb to top of saddle measurement was 803 mm.
