Might be better off on retrobike or indeed ebay - seen thron frames going for significantly more than this. Tasty frame - glws!

The shipping fee pays the byer. The frame must be packaged anyway, if it will be send from the seller. The delivery service picks it up or the seller brings it to them.
Where is the diffrence if a seller sends a package to germany or innerstate?
I still dont get it till now.
