Donna, don't want to sound the obvious, but have you tried turning the seat pin around so the clamp is at the front, and perhaps shortening the stem?
I find these frames are deceptively "large" and that someone usually riding a 56 Tarmac for example can manage with a 58 Venge.
Not trying anything on here, just personal experience and the fact that it would be a shame to let go if you could make it fit.
Lovely either way and I wish I had the cash for it!
