Fixed yes.
The ambrosio discs are a weird beast, they have one side fixed threading one side freewheel thread all with a nice little screw on cover that fits on both sides, BUT they do not have a real braking surface so kinda strange. They have a hollow axle for quick release which I'll swap out for a solid axle for now (quick release is not strong enough to hold the axle in place for fixed/brakeless).
