If you caught them unaware and really gave them a good shove as hard as you could, depending on your own bike handling skills I'm sure it's doable.
You'd have to be able to get away pretty sharpish though, incase they came after you. You'd also have to factor in wherever your escape route would still allow a moped to follow.
Never do the above though, obviously.
