Thanks, but after calculating, the Pompino seems to have a ridiculously small stack for its frame size - so not what I'm after.

So this question still stands:

Does anyone know any reasonably cheap frames with the following specs:

• 120mm rear drop out spacing, track dropouts
  
• 400mm A-C on Fork, 1 1/8" steerer
  
• slightly "relaxed" geometry, high stack, low reach
  
• should be suitable to be ridden fixed
  
• should take fat tires (35+ something?)
