On this one I'm with Jeez. UKIP are a symptom not the problem and whilst it might be satisfying to highlight their stupidity, I'm not sure it actually achieves anything with the audience to which their messages are targeted - UKIP they have no interest in what reasonable, intelligent people might think - they know those people won't vote for them. I'm quite sure that UKIP at the higher levels are quite well aware of the truth about their position, but they continue because it works for them.
