Keeping the original carbon fork. I have a compact Deda bar, threadless stem and a quill to ahead adaptor sitting in my PBK basket waiting for my pay to go through so I can order them next week.
I'm going to strip the frame this weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to take it in to get stripped back to raw next week.
