• Here we have a Simoncini track frame built with Columbus Cromor with two sets of forks: the original undrilled fork and a chrome fork suitable for use with a modern recessed brake.

    Top Tube (C-C): 52cm
    Seat Tube (C-C): 51cm
    Seat Tube (C-T): 52cm

Some blemishes and marks to the finish. Chrome fork has some very mild pitting. One set of decals has partly peeled off and another is peeling. Simoncini decals are available on eBay for little money.

Included is a Miche bottom bracket, 165mm Miche cranks with a TA 44t chainring and a Tange G Master headset. Both turn freely. Note that the headset uses needle bearings so will never turn as smoothly as a ball bearing headset.

The two forks have different crown race diameters so will require a new crown race if you wish to use the original fork. The chrome fork is about 10mm longer than the original fork.

    £250 ono. Inspection/collection from N16.

  • have you removed the miche bb recently?

  • Just checked and it's not seized.

  • Nice frame, and in my size too. Is the seat tube measurements the other way around, making it 51cm C-T?

  • That's meant to be 52cm centre to top. Will edit now.

  • is it low pro?

  • No, standard horizontal top tube.

  • Any chance of posting (to Poland)? I'd be really interested if that's possible.
I'm also interested only in the frame and original forks. I wouldn't need the spare pair of forks, headset, bb and crankset if that helps.

  • Long shot, but still about?
Friend is looking for a new frame.
