Wanted: Cannondale full carbon fork, 26mm road stem, 22.2mm quill stem adaptor

I'm after a carbon (steerer and blades) fork to fit to a CAAD5 frame (size 56cm). I believe the forks are 43cm rake. Anyone got anything suitable?

Also after a cheap (~£5?) 26mm clamp road stem and a 22.2mm quill to A-head adaptor.

need that i paid 8£ .
