Having trouble finding a good/cheap courier company that'll do it. So far, quote to London is 54.61 pounds (+22 surcharge), ex VAT. I'll cover VAT. That is to NW1...
Anyone have any other suggestions, I'd appreciate it. TNT are cheaper but will only send to/from businesses.
EDIT: Supposedly can send using TNT, which makes it 45 UKP (+ oversize surcharge of 22).

Try parcel2go.com. They sub contract a lot of work using TNT, its probably possible to pay for international courier pick up this end (UK) for a pick up in Rotterdam but I doubt it works vice versa, could try the website though. Either way you'd have to wait in for a courier pick up in Holland. They're very cheap. I sent 30kg to Berlin for £29 and it arrived flawlessly 4 days later.

Try http://parcel.nl/, I think they are a sort of intermediary buying shipping space from regular couriers. They were very helpful when I sent a frame (also from Rotterdam) to the UK last year and answered any questions I had quickly. Transport went through without a hitch. Lovely bike by the way.

Columbus SLX. Supposeldy, the SLX in these is quite rare. They were hand built in a separate part of the factory by a small team. Most often in Columbus SL; this is the first I’ve seen in SLX. Someone told me that for every 10 Gazelle Champion Mondials there was one Batavus Pro made. Probably far less for Team bike/SLX combo.
Frame is very responsive, very quick. I love it, but I have to sell my 2 to buy my Dream bike. Have only ridden once since buying it and was going to give it a clean/oil (was in shed & covered in dust) but ran out of time.
Came with full Dura Ace (7402) and includes all of the original components. The previous owner, who was given the bike by a family member (I presume the rider whose name is on the wheels) and it has been sitting in shed for past 20 years or so. I imagine the brakes would have been DA but somewhere they were changed for Exage. And the front derailleur is Campag (I think Record, maybe someone who knows can tell from the photo). Saddle is a Rolls, seat post is 600.
BB shell is supposedly a custom made Cinelli aero (what the owner told me) and the BB is SKF.
Wheels are the rider’s Aero FiR Apollo’s (made in Italy and bear the name of the rider, see photos). Tyres Vredestien Fortezza Tri Comps. Cinelli Stem & Criterium bars.
Absolutely no dents in the frame and no rust. I took out the seat post to raise it and looked in side.. clean as a whistle. Can post photos if wanted. A few scuff marks which have been covered by touch up paint and not that delicately, but it was obviously just for a few scratches. Still, can easily be fixed. When I bought it I was worried that there would be dents (bought sight unseen) but there were none at all. I was planning on fixing the paint areas but need to sell this asap, before wife KILLS me for buying another bike. I’ve tried to photograph them and they aren’t bad. Chrome is perfect, no signs of any rust.
Will pack in box and post (at cost, TBC once location worked out).
375 (+ post & box, from Rotterdam). This is far less than I spent (and far less than worth, IMO) but I need to move it fast.
Thanks all. Let me know and I can provide more photos/info/etc.
