In other news I made a huge bowl of this black bean & quinoa soup for that weekly event I'm catering vegan things for,
it was a rather big success (not only, but also because of the 'carnist' caterer did not fire up the grill due to pouring rain).
Would definately recommend.
Will use non-tinned black beans next time, add more oregano, and also add some sweet potatoes again.
