Husy, I had an EBay dispute recently with a cunt who won the bidding for a Brompton rack in Australia and then told me he didn't want it and nerged me saying it was 'not as described'. EBay were actually really good at helping me out with it, and got the feedback removed and put a strike on his record.
I would have faith in their customer resolution thing.
