Someone recently bought a brake lever from me as a buy it now. Item was described correctly etc and I specified no returns. I sent the lever well within the published time and he acknowledges receiving it. However after I sent it he sent me a message saying he accidentally bought it and doesn't want it. I apologised, said it's too much hassle since i've sent it already to do him a favour accept a return. He's now threatining to open up a case.
I'm completely in the right and I have his messages acknowledging he made the mistake, he received the item, and it is as described. But I also know that ebay always seem to take the buyers side? do I just give in or tell him to jog on?
