Ah, reminiscing about my girlfriend's time at the ICTY in den Haag, some great long weekends were had. I would hire a bike for the weekend and we just rode around drinking lovely beer and eating things like krokketen and bitterbaals.
The pace of life, and lifestyle generally, was really amazing.
