www.ecoparcel.eu are the broker, so you book a collection and pay them, but it is Schenker or GLS that do the pick-up, so you need to email them to arrange the actual collection time as soon as you make the order with ecoparcel. Make sense?
The nice thing is you get free insurance up to 500 euros, it's tracked, and even if the delivery times can be a bit unpredictable, it's always worked out for me and I've used them about a dozen times now.
