What should I buy? Frame wheels cranks bars tyres mudguards grips pedals spokes bike

the dolan pre cursa is a good starter frame to build or you could also try to source a few other frames for example a Matt black unbranded frame or a leader frame from BLB. With wheels you could replace the spokes, on our next build were are using a snowflake pattern on the front wheel but we main like to use deep v rims ranging from 40 to 50mm

Matt black unbranded frame? I want to avoid carbon if that's meaning one of the generic carbon track frames, I treat my bikes like crap and don't have the time to be checking for cracks. Wouldn't go as far as calling them all beaters but they pretty much are.

Can't say the BLB frames catch my eye as much, rather keen on the thicker looking tubes, did think maybe getting a lo pro style bike but is rare I see one in I like enough to want to own.

The current wheels are deep but not v deep, like an inch of rim after the brake surface. To be honest I'm more interested in the wheel being strong and long lasting atm as I use it to ride to work and back(6 miles each way) and then to the shops most nights(10-20 miles more). The wheels can look like shit and so long as they ride mile after mile after mile it's all good.
