Which decent casual SPD shoes? Dzr, Chrome, Quoc Pham, etc

Worldwide shortage of Chrome SPDs?
Most of the low to medium sizes seem to be sold out both on the chrome website as well as Kinoko and Alwaysriding.
Anywhere else I should look?
And why? Are there new models being dropped soon?

Try http://urbancyclery.co.uk/chrome -they stock the midway pro & kursk pro in grey if of interest... Ordered from them by phone last year & they were quite helpful. At that time the midway seemed to be discontinued & this was the only place I could find them.
