Is that better or worse than the UK equivalent which is "I've no idea what a class vintage bike is so I'll buy a shit BSO to go to the shops and hate it every time I get on it".
FWIW I think "class vintage bikes" should be treasured and kept for best, unless they are battered up like that de rosa and then you might as well use them and enjoy them (in which case anything goes except for that fucking basket).
I' have seen a Raleigh SDBU chained up in Amsterdam with straight bars put on. Nothing to do with "I don't know bikes" more with "A bike is a bike I need to get to uni, tx dad for your old racer, YW son surely it's all carbon now".
I guess being cycled and not rusting to dust is the most important part, but if that's the case is it truly anti?
