Can anybody really recommend something that melts (for pizza), instead of mozzarella.
I really don't miss cheese, generally (strange, because I loved it & used to eat loads), but on pizza something is missing.
This one vegan fastfood thingie here has a good soy product (for their "cheese" burgers), but I can't imagine this on pizza, both taste- and consistency wise.
Try mozzarisella, its a rice based mozzarella substitute and its absolutely amazing!
By the way, do we have a date for the vegan ride yet?
