Why does Pep Guardiola's preferred style get so much grief? It's been very successful and, when done well, has been great to watch but tonight the critics are coming out of the woodwork en masse to pour scorn upon it.

Pep took football to a new level. People have learnt to counter it and now we wait for other coaches and pep to evolve or become more flexible in the face of solid defending. Wenger, pep, and Brendan all seem to have problems with flexibility.
I like the way real are playing and saw sense in what Jose did at the weekend. Thankfully for football not all clubs approach matches with 'better' teams in such a manner or we would be back to Italian football circa 1980's
