My mtb got stolen a few months back and next to my current TT project I can't spare much, but I'm considering a cheap steel SS build, maybe 29er. Is the On-One Singlespeed 29er recommendable? Would be my first SS bike ever, what's a reasonable gear ratio to start with for a not too fit guy?
