The forks are Columbus Air, it's stamped on the crown. Columbus air main tubes are ovalised I believe. This Losa has SL or EL tubes and Air forks, is that what you mean?

yeah , i was observing also rear Forks , and they seems a bit ovalised ...nice piece anyway. GLWS

The chain stays? Yeah they are slab sided, perhaps they are air? not uncommon for builders to mix tubing. Thanks for the bump! I may just have to build it and ride!!

Added info: There was a small dent in the seat tube plus some scratching which happened during transport , here are the pics of the damage prior to restoration.
