^^ ok, you mean weight on the saddle. A longer/lower front end doesn't mean more weight on the front, unless your torso is made of blancmange. A too-long/low front end might.
Only the owner knows if it's comfortable and if his hands are in the right place.
I'm one of those weirdos that usually needs a -17* stem on most frames. On that frame in size 56 I might be ok with a 0* ..... but wouldn't hazard a guess on anyone else's fit.
