I use 40cm ITM bars for training at HH, but have 37cm Scatto's too. I initially thought about going for the 33cm versions, but got put off after comments about the 37cm feeling too narrow, especially if you haven't used anything under 40cm before.
The 37cm bars feel good at speed, but I'd only plan on using them for short sprint events now.
