I'd say B is asking if anyone has one because he wants to try 33t.
Ben, I think the only 33's are made to order (probably wrong! But they aren't that common I think). But what are you on at the moment? 1 tooth difference isn't much with chain rings so if going up from 32, you should probably look more for 34-36.
Tell us your whole ratio, sometimes it makes more sense to change freewheels than chainrings. (Depending on cost of freewheel!)

I'm currently running at 32-21 (700c 28) and struggling for top end speed. I've got pretty heavy wheels so I don't want to go too much bigger and compromise acceleration.
I'll check what BCD I have tonight (they're just a cheap set of shimano cranks that came with multiple chainrings up front if that helps) I took the bigger one off and have ended up with a 32 that feels a touch spinny. 34t would be welcome for comparison as longs as it's only a couple of beers worth of metal.
Current freewheel is seriously budget and probably won't last till summer, so might go for that if I can't find a quick/cheap chainring.
