I know this isn't a great answer but I'm not sure about the braking wear as I'm not confident about judging it from wear indicators (see above) & I don't have callipers to measure the thickness. Here's another photo of the braking surface, maybe it'll give you an idea.

And for the hubs - not sure either, I can't see any identifying marks on them. Here's a rubbish photo:
