Chaingang didn't go out this morning because it was raining - FFFS guys so its raining at the start how much different ca that be to when it starts just after and we stay out? Any way I hung around in the shed for a bit, used fine wet and dry to get rid of any marks on the seat post above the insertion line and repolished. Also had a test fitting of stem and bars. Waiting for my Zeus BB to arrive - there's a Campy Record one in there just now but the tapers are too short so the ends of the axle are too far down inside the crank bosses - fine for display but not good if its going to be ridden.
Cleaned checked and reassembled head set, all nice, uncaged ball bearings are a pain. Frame number is also stamped om the steerer tube.
