He Scobled it good and proper but what he meant was right.
Given a toptube length, slackening the seat tube moves both ends of the top tube back thereby reducing the reach.
In the case of Pomp V3 and V4, the slacker seat tube would add at least 1cm to the top tube length, for a given reach...
