105/Wolber rear wheel/wheelset, how are the rims? Brake wear? Do you know what the OLN on the rear hub is?

The 600 Tricolore/Mavic set, same quastions and are they going to be more or less than the 105/Wolber ones?

How are you measuring the black cinelli, CTC?

Will answer the first paragraph later, but in the meantime I am not someone who claims to be an expert on judging rim wear. Any tips / articles I should read before trying to anwser. My gut feel is that the wheels have a fair bit of life left in them, nothing really wrong, but an appropriate buyer sould be someone who needs a reasonably cheap wheel for a beater.

600 Tricolore/ Mavic set... I've been meaning to list these for ages, maybe I'll get round to it later. Need to take a proper look at them.

The best way to judge rim wear in my book is by how flat the rim surface feels, if its at all concave I'd consider the rim to be on it's way out.

Some rims have grooves machined into the braking surface to judge wear by - if you see the groove it's good, if i not then the rim is pretty worn - but this would require knowledge of whether such grooves were present in the first place.
