A quick glance says that's not the case.
If you have specific comments that you feel should be reported, report them.
I'm not going to read the whole of the thread trying to find something wrong. If something is wrong I trust that people will report it and I'll react.
Regarding the fake Rapha stuff. If it bears the Rapha logo and wasn't made by Rapha... it's going to be considered as selling counterfeit goods and people get banned.
But... if the cited thread has "naked carbon frames that bear an uncanny resemblance to Pinarello but has no logos or anything to purposefully mislead someone" and if the item isn't even being sold on here... then I don't care.
I'm shooting down the big obvious stuff on here, and not attempting to police the wider web.
