Thanks Regal.
Anyone know of a UK supplier for these?

Bike Discount are fine. Singletrack Bikes list them as well but they're out of stock.

The Shimano part numbers are Y6SC75010 & Y6SC75000 by the way, you might have more luck googling for them. There was another UK supplier who used to stock them but I can't for the life of me remember who it was.

SJS or Petra. Search 'Shimano adjustment block' or relevant product code.
Or any LBS that sells shimano could order them.

SJS are out of stock.
In theory any shop with a Madison account can get them. Might be worth phoning up a bricks & mortar shop to see if they have any knocking about in their parts bin / workshop as they usually come with the OEM groupset but are rarely fitted.

Thanks all. I've fitted some of these recently to another bike. Don't thilnk they are handed, so curious as to the different part nos. I've seen that new shifters appear to come supplied with both sets, so hoped someone would have a pair left over.

They are definitely left/right sided. You can see the offset shape in the product pic.
I built a friend's bike with 5700 and the levers did come with both sets of shims. I'd tap him up but unfortunately a) we fitted the 10mm shims and b) he moved to the U.S.

Heck, you're right there, Regal.
I just checked the other bike and by some fate of good fortune, I had fitted them the correct way!
I'm looking for a pair of shims/spacers which fit in the hood above the lever on Shimano 105 5700 or Ultegra 6700 (current type) shifters. The thicker type are needed, to reduce reach between the bars and the levers.
Like in the pic.
